Can’t Miss: Top Three Sets for Day 3 of Bumbershoot 2011

Yesterday we posted our full recommended music schedule for Bumbershoot 2011. We wanted to take a moment to highlight our top three bands playing on Monday, the third and final day of the Seattle Center fest. We’ve included Monday’s full recommended lineup below.

Charles Bradley [5:45, Fisher Green Stage]
Also known as “The Screaming Eagle of Soul,” Charles Bradley is part of the funk/R&B/soul revival movement, only starting his musical career in 2002 when he was in his 50s.

Fitz & The Trantrums [7:45, Mainstage]
A modern day soul-pop wonder, Fitz & The Tantrums will have you dancing the night away.

Daryl Hall & John Oats [9:15, Mainstage]
The “rock and soul” heroes are back in action, bringing a surprisingly familiar catalog of 70’s and 80’s hits back to life.

MONDAY Motopony / Legendary Oaks / My Goodness / Lemolo / Charles Bradley / Sharon Van Etten / Fitz & The Tantrums / Phantogram / Daryl Hall & John Oats
